Dim sum can be breakfast, lunch or dinner! Whenever you want it, you got it at home ready to eat in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients: pork, wrapping (wheat flour, eggs, corn starch, palm oil, canola oil, salt), shrimp, water, sugar, dried Chinese mushrooms, potato starch, salt, oil (sesame and soybean), light soy sauce, white pepper 

Allergen: Shrimp (seafood), wheat (gluten), Soy, Eggs

Steaming Method:

• Set up a steamer (you can use a bamboo steamer, or a metal one that fits in a pot of simmering water on high heat).
• Line the steamer basket with parchment paper or cabbage leaves to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
• Arrange the dumplings in the steamer, making sure they don’t touch each other.
• Steam the dumplings over medium heat for about 15 minutes  from frozen form (or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through).

Air-fryer method for crispy effect:

Personal way of having Siu Mai-

• Pop your frozen pork dumplings in air fryer at 380 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
