Dim sum can be breakfast, lunch or dinner! Whenever you want it, you got it at home ready to eat in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
Shrimp, water, potato starch, water chestnuts, wheat starch, pork back fat, sugar, oil (sesame and soybean) lard, salt, pepper
Allergens: Shrimp (seafood), wheat (gluten), Soy
Steaming Method:
- Set up a steamer (you can use a bamboo steamer, or a metal one that fits in a pot of simmering water on high heat).
- Line the steamer basket with parchment paper or cabbage leaves to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
- Arrange the dumplings in the steamer, making sure they don’t touch each other.
- Steam the dumplings over medium heat for about 10 minutes from frozen form (or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through).

Place your order here and delivery goes out on every Wednesday (2pm-4pm) in Squamish or pick up at Unique Slow Rise Bakery on opening hours (currently Friday-Sunday 9am-4pm)
